Error - item details

Introduction 

This article is how to specifically check and update item details and check documents to see if everything is updated and saved according to LHDN's requirements. 

Troubleshoot steps: 

  1.  Check Item Classification.
    1. In Zoho Books > items > search for the item used in the document> select the item> edit, check if the item classification field is filled in or not.



  2. Check tax details.

    1. In the item page ,check the Tax type and the Tax for items is correct and filled in.



  3. Check the details of the item and tax in the document (on the document edit page ).

  4. Ensure that the updated item classification and tax details are reflected correctly.
