Troubleshoot steps: 

1. Check organization location and phone number .
   
   

1. Depending on your Zoho Books environment, your organization address and phone number may be stored in different places.
   Please check all of the following:
   
   

1. Branches Module ( settings > organization > branches)

2. Organization Profile (single branch companies) ( settings > organization > profile)

3. Locations Module ( settings > organization > locations)
   
   
   
   

2. Update the address (with the correct information: street address, city, state ,country, zip code).
   
   

3. Update the phone number ( make sure has no extra spaces, dashes (-), plus signs (+), or symbols, and should only contain valid digits)
           Note: all branch locations need to follow this format above
