QR missing from pushed invoice

QR missing from pushed invoice

Introduction

You basically need to turn the QR off and on again in the PDF Template of the document 

Refresh the PDF template

  1. Go to the document with the problem 

  2. "edit PDF Template" via the "customize" button on the top right of the PDF document being displayed 



  3. Click Proceed in the popup 

  4. Under "Other details" untick "show invoice QR code" and "save" the template, then exit this menu. 

  5. Go to the document and click "edit" and save it immediately to refresh it without changing any information. 

  6. Go through steps 2-5 again except turn ON the "show invoice QR code" option. 

  7. This should refresh the document and the QR should come back.
