Error in question:
Troubleshoot steps:
Go into the LHDN portal and check the documents that have been pushed, (below are two methods)
Method 1(check in LHDN portal ):
In MyInvois portal (Organization Owner / Representative account) > documents > search the invoice using the invoice UUID
if the invoice present in LHDN, just re-push the invoice in Zoho Books to re-fetch the full Public Link from LHDN.
Method 2 (check in zoho books e-invoice cancellation widget) :
In Zoho Books > on the error document > click on the extension widget on right > click the Invoice/debit note cancellation
if the invoice present in LHDN, just re-push the invoice in Zoho Books to re-fetch the full Public Link from LHDN.


You may then choose to do either of the following:
take the latest successful pushing of the document's UUID
Copy the Document's UUID from the LHDN portal into the corresponding field in the Zoho Books document
Cancel any duplicates of the document you have been trying to push, (refer to the document ID)
Save the document.
Cancel all the documents that are in the LHDN portal
After handling the duplicates in the LHDN portal, Push the document again to LHDN portal
The Public link and QR should appear as per usual.
