error when pushing "Check and update the code in line 52 .... " and no message in Related lists

Introduction

This article covers the error code below which is most commonly seen when the plugin config has issues: 


this error usually coincides with this issue with the config page (where it was previously completed and filled in) 

User who installed the plugin has to revoke and connect the plugin connection again: 


You will need to reset  the plugin's connection in this case, 

  1. this new first step is what might fix your issue:
    please disconnect and reconnect the plugin via the connection shown: 

    Zoho books settings > integration and marketplace > installed extensions > view details on einvoice plugin




  2. you will then need to ensure your client id and secret and environment are correctly set up in the config page

  3. Once this is done, save the config and close, 

  4. then reopen the config and verify if the details are still present. 

  5. Should all the details be present, 

    1. go back to your invoice / document, 
    2. edit and save the document to refresh it's back end details 
    3. attempt to push the document once again 

Should this not resolve the issue, and the config page still clears itself post-saving the details,
