Step 0 [Pre-requisite] : MyInvois Portal First Time Setup (employee assigned representative)
This first-time setup must be completed by the assigned representatives (refer pelantikan wakil guide).

MyTax Portal Registration
- Click on the "Please choose ID Type" field and select "Identification Card No."
- Fill In Your Identity Card Number in (NRIC)
- Click Submit
The system will process your request and send an activation email to your registered email address.
LHDN registration may take 5-7 business days

MyTax Portal activation
The initial login begins with an activation email.
- Check Your Email for Activation Link
Look for an email from noreply-efiling@hasil.gov.my. - Click on the URL link provided in the email.

- You will be redirected to the Access the Activation Page
- Click on the "Please choose ID Type" field and select "Identification Card No."
- Fill In Your New Identity Number in (NRIC)
- Click Submit

- To Generate Your Digital Certificate first review your details for accuracy.
- Set a secure password and confirm it.
- Create a Security Phrase to verify your identity.
- Accept the terms and conditions for Digital Certificate Registration.
- Click Submit to finalize or Reset to start again.

- A popup will confirm successful digital certificate generation. Click OK to proceed to the login page.

Logging into the MyTax Portal
Once registered, you can access the
portal using the following steps:
Click on the "Please choose ID Type" field and select "Identification Card No."
Fill In Your New Identity Number in (NRIC)
- Click Submit

First Time login to Preprod MyInvois Portal
NOTE : The following instructions require business owner to assign the employee as a representative (refer to electing a representative guide)
- Login to the MyTax portal.
- A popup might appear if there are any new system updates, ensure they will not effect workflow, and proceed if not.
- On the main page, under Role Selection click "Wakil Pengarah".
- Then select the company name.
- The portal will display the page according to role selected.
- Navigate to the "MyInvois Menu" on the menu, and if you see "Preprod" have access to the sandbox account.
- Read and accept terms, and proceed to next page.
- In the form, fill in any missing personal details (NA if information not available).
- Fill in email MyTax can send notifications to.
- Save to complete registration.
In the following page, clicking on the profile picture and "view taxpayer profile".
You should enter a page with your organization's TIN, BRN, MSIC code and other details.

Congrats—you’re now ready to use the MyTax Portal (Testing Environment) like a pro!
With your setup complete, you’re all set to navigate its features and ensure a seamless transition when it’s time to go live.
