Error with customer data (address, phone number)

The error may look like what is below: 


Troubleshoot steps: 

  1. Check the Related Lists table on the document.

    1. In Zoho Books > the document that is failed to pushed > scroll down to the related lists table.



  2. Check the customer's profile

    1. In Zoho Books > the document that is failed to pushed > click on the company name link > customer page > edit,


    2. Verify all customer contact details.

      1. While still in the Customer Profile, check the following fields:

        1. Customer name ( make sure it matches the name registered in LHDN)

        2. Email Address (properly formatted (e.g., example@email.com)



        3.  check the customer's phone number (has no extra spaces, dashes (-), plus signs (+), or symbols, and should only contain valid digits)



    3. Address (confirm that the address stored in the profile is correct and updated)

      1. Take note of all the address fields and make sure they are

        1. filled in following the format below

        2. with the correct information (street address,city, state,country, zip code).



  3. Check the customer's address on the document (on the document edit page).
