Some of the fields are missing from document line items
Introduction
In some cases, some of the plugin's custom fields can be hidden in the "reporting tags" menu instead of showing up in the item table editor.
This is due to Zoho Books haed limiting the number of visible columns in the editor.
Locating the fields
In these cases, you may find the fields via:
3 dot menu (on the right of each line item) > show additional information > "reporting tags" or "custom fields" drop down.
Rearranging the fields
Should you require the fields to be present in the main item table,
ensure all mandatory custom fields are arranged as high up in the stack as possible in the "field customization" section of the "item" module settings.
navigate to settings > items > field customization
click "change order"

drag and drop all your required fields to the top of the unlocked stack of items
You may drag by holding click anywhere on the row of the desired non-locked item,
(icon for unlocked items are shown below)
click "save reorder"

You may now check to ensure all fields show up as needed when you create or edit an invoice
